28th July 2010 – This time on Hello on Two, not only you’ll get to catch ATCEN’s Founder & Group CEO, Ernie Chen but also the Master Trainer of Sales Dragon Academy, Ken Ng! Hosted by Zamil Idris and Annie Joseph, the program started at 8am. Among the things shared was the need to build a good relationship with our clients, always “love”, meaning to always care and find out what they want to serve them well.

As many people hit middle age they often start to notice that their memory and mental clarity are not what they used to be. We suddenly can’t remember where we put the keys just a moment ago, or an old acquaintance’s name, or the name of an old band we used to love. As the brain fades, we euphemistically refer to these occurrences as “senior moments”.
In order to succeed in your business venture, an entrepreneur and its team need to have the same commitment level. Both the entrepreneur and their team members must be ready to sacrifice physically and emotionally and stop for nothing until the goals are achieved.

Boomers vs Generation Y – the generational divide is making an impact on business and we all need to start dealing with this reality. Whether they are our customers or clients or vendors or referral sources or employees or partners, the differences in these generations need to be taken into consideration whether we like it or not. Generation Y thinks differently. They communicate differently. They have different values. And they have power.

1. Allocate And Innovate!
Allocate some time (few hours a week) for trying something new because you can do something fun, something bold, and perhaps you might realize those things are more effective than what you’re doing already
Nine out of ten new businesses fail. Ninety-nine percent of affiliates make no money or even lose money in internet marketing. Why is this so ? Is it just the lack of technical know-how ? I do not think so. Here are some of the reasons I think so many people fail.
