Use your contacts, use your employee’s contacts and use your contact’s contacts. Do not be surprised if you find out that less than 30% of your contacts are actually useful to you. This is because you may have plenty of contacts, but most of those are probably just general contacts, not contacts for important people in their respective organizations. Remember to thank all the contacts that help you, because chances are they’ll probably be helping you again in the future.
Setting a company’s target has to be practical, achievable. A target should always be attainable yet challenging. With this a target is set to be a goal to achieve as well as a challenge to the entrepreneur himself and the whole team.
In order to succeed in your business venture, an entrepreneur and its team need to have the same commitment level. Both the entrepreneur and their team members must be ready to sacrifice physically and emotionally and stop for nothing until the goals are achieved.
Entrepreneurs set massive goals for themselves and stay committed to achieving them regardless of the obstacles that get in the way. The right goals always follow the SMART system, S-specific, M-measurable, A-attainable, R-realistic, T-timebound.
